As you can see I was not posting for long time now, because I was not feeling comfortable using this blog anymore. Finally I decided to move my blog to Blogger.

While I’m waiting for my first sales I decided to look around at Folksy with customer eyes and realised there is a LOT I would love to buy, but simply can’t afford it at the moment…
I noticed Cheerymishmash some days ago, when she listed a lovely little girls dress, but because we prefer pink to blue, didn’t buy it (even though it’s really beautiful), and kept the shop in my mind… And on Wednesday evening I came across her newest item on Facebook, which was not listed yet and reserved it (after winning a fight, lol… Sorry, Lisa) When I first saw it, I knew it immediately that it would fit my daughter so much, even before I read the details about the size. It’s just so Efe. : )
And the best thing is that, I already received it today! Thanks so much Mandy! I wish you good luck with your business!

I made a facebook fanpage for all jewellery designer, who is making unique jewellery at Unique handcrafted jewellery

The main idea is to promote each other so that more ladies have chance to find really unique jewellery.

Please have a look and ‘like’ our fanpage to get updates from our jewellery designers.

If you are a jewellery designer and would like to join, please ‘like’ the page and somehow (twitter, facebook, this blog, Folksy) let me (Beata) know that you are making jewellery so that I can make you admin too.

Each of us can have an album for the photos with link to our shops, and we can post our new creations anytime we have some, and if everyone inform many friends to ‘like’ our page, we will have loads of fans and hopefully some sales too ; )

I created a survey to learn a little bit about your jewellery shopping habits.

Would you please take part in it? It’s very short and anonymous.

You can find the survey at the following link:

Many thanks! x

Today is a big day in our life. We can announce it officially that Iyobo Design has just launched the online store.

Check it our website at Stylish Handcrafted Jewellery

We have a wide range of polymer clay earrings and necklaces. You can also find some lovely sterling silver earrings.

Currently we are working on a beautiful fine silver collection, items will be added soon.

After my workshop at The Silver Artist, I ordered the tools and silver clay to start working with it on my own.

I created a ring and a pair of earrings. (see photo) I am going to make a matching pendant too, once I receive some things later on.

I really enjoyed the whole work process, and it was very exciting to see the end result. I think they are lovely.

What do you think?

Today I attended an Art clay Introductory workshop at The Silver Artist, with tutor Anwa Essien.

It was an amazing experience! : )

I learned how to create a ring, a pendant and a pair of earrings and got loads of information about this lovely material.

Are you wondering what  Art Clay is? Here are a few words from The Silver Artist’s website:

Art Clay consists of three properties (silver powder, an organic binder and water) mixed together to make a silver clay which can be shaped, rolled as flat as paper and even extruded. When dried and fired, the binders burn away. The finished item is fine silver and valued as 99.9% silver when hallmarked.

If you would like to try it yourself, check out The Silver Artist’s website at
